Privacy Statement - General Principles
Your privacy is taken very seriously. Any information you supply in your dealings with this website will be used solely for the purposes of course administration and/or course promotion.

EarlyChurch.co.uk does not rent, sell or distribute information gathered in this manner to anybody. Any information you supply will never be shared with anyone else.

Course Booking
This section explains what information is collected, why, and how it will be used, in the process of booking a course:

  • The only personal information stored will be your first name, surname and email address.

  • Your email address will be used to send a booking confirmation email and is also the mechanism by which you can update or cancel your booking.

  • Making a booking online will automatically include your email address in the mailing list. Naturally, however, you can unsubscribe from the list at any time (see below).

The Mailing List
This section explains what information is collected, why, and how it will be used, in the process of subscribing to the Mailing List (using the “Stay in Touch” page):

  • The only personal information stored will be the email address you supply.

  • Your email address will only be used to send the occasional email message concerning activities related to the EarlyChurch.co.uk website.

  • You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. Any email sent to the mailing list will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe.

Getting in Touch
This section explains what information is collected, why, and how it will be used, in the process of using the "Get in Touch" page on this website:

  • The only personal information stored will be your full name and email address.

  • Your email address will be used to send a reply to your enquiry (if necessary).

Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer by many websites, often in order to enable a site to recognise a return visit to the site, or in the process of making an online transaction.

EarlyChurch.co.uk neither stores permanent cookies on your computer, nor uses cookies to track your activity. However, the online booking mechanism does make use of temporary cookies which will disappear after the browser window is closed. Therefore your web browser should be set to accept cookies if you wish to make a course booking online.

The Help menu of your web browser will tell you how to enable or prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, or how to set the browser to notify you when you receive a new cookie.
